1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the official Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) of Vishavkarma Engineering Works (Brand: PUNNI Tohana) (“Punni,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), headquartered in Tohana, Haryana, India. These Terms govern your access to and use of our internal mobile applications, CRM portals, website (https://punnitohana.com/), and official business messaging services (including Meta WhatsApp Business API, Google RCS Business Messaging, SMS, Email, and Voice).

By accessing or using the Punni Business Portal, downloading the PUNNI Team Android app, or opting into our communications, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Internal Portal Usage, Access & Confidentiality

The Punni Business Portal and internal CRM systems are designed strictly for the operational use of employees, authorized field service teams, and verified channel partners/dealers of Vishavkarma Engineering Works, Tohana.

  • Authorized Access: You must use the secure login credentials provided by our IT Admin team. Sharing your employee ID, dealer code, or password with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
  • Data Confidentiality: All business and operational data accessed through the portal—including combine harvester service logs, customer details, dealer orders, and engine tracking data (Ashok Leyland, Eicher/Volvo)—is highly confidential company property.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Reverse engineering our mobile application, attempting to bypass Google Apps Script security tokens, scraping website data, or utilizing the CRM for non-business purposes will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

3. Meta WhatsApp, Google RCS & Communication Services

To keep our farmers, dealers, and internal teams seamlessly connected, PUNNI utilizes verified digital communication channels in compliance with Meta WhatsApp Business Policies and Google RCS guidelines.

  • Types of Messages: By registering on our website, app, or dealer network, you consent to receive transactional alerts (OTP, service complaint updates, order dispatches) and promotional marketing messages (such as Punni Kisan Mela updates or new combine harvester launches) via Meta WhatsApp, Google RCS, SMS, and Voice calls.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your active service requests, machinery orders, or seasonal agricultural campaigns.
  • Messaging Rates: PUNNI does not charge you for receiving communications. However, standard telecom message and mobile data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

4. Opt-Out, Unsubscribe and “STOP” Policy

How to Opt-Out of WhatsApp, RCS or SMS Communications:

  • Immediate Opt-Out: Participation in our messaging programs is entirely voluntary. To stop receiving promotional or automated messages via WhatsApp, Google RCS, or SMS, simply reply with the word “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to any message, or use the block/opt-out option inside your WhatsApp/RCS chat thread.
  • Confirmation Message: Upon sending “STOP”, you will receive a final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. No further marketing messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt in again.

5. Limitation of Liability

PUNNI Tohana shall not be held liable for delayed message deliveries, network interruptions, or transmission failures caused by telecom operator outages, internet connectivity issues, or device-level constraints.

Our internal portals, mobile apps, and business messaging services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Modifications to Terms & Conditions

PUNNI reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our internal ERP processes or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be published directly on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our apps or messaging services constitutes your formal acceptance of those changes.
